A high-calibre team, built for one purpose
Strategic Advisors exists for HNW and UHNW individuals and business owners whose wealth has grown complex, spanning multiple entities, jurisdictions or asset classes, but not to a scale that justifies building an entire in-house team. We provide that same capability: strategic, legal, financial and reporting expertise, coordinated and accountable, without the cost and complexity of hiring and managing it yourself.
The problem
Assets sit across banks and jurisdictions with no single source of truth. Advisers are paid to transact, not to protect the whole. Governance and risk oversight get postponed until something forces the issue.
Our role
One coordinated team. Consolidated reporting across every bank, entity and jurisdiction you hold. A disciplined process before capital decisions are made, and a gatekeeper between you and everyone trying to sell you something.

Core Advisory
Six functions, delivered as one accountable retainer
You don't lack access to good bankers or lawyers. What's missing is coordination and continuity, from a team whose only incentive is your outcome.
CIO Functions
Investment policy guidance and asset allocation review. Ongoing review of your asset managers. An independent look at what your relationships actually return, net of every fee.
Legal Functions
Entity and holding architecture, contract oversight and a standing review desk. External counsel engaged, coordinated and held to timetable.
Treasury Functions
Cash and liquidity across every bank and currency, a liquidity calendar, and guidance on deploying idle cash and reviewing hedging strategy.
Risk & Governance
Concentration and exposure watched across everything you own, plus family decision frameworks and succession architecture.
CFO, Tax & Reporting
Capital and balance-sheet strategy, what each relationship costs you in currency, and tax coordination across jurisdictions.
Strategy & Research
Research on markets, sectors and counterparties, prepared before a decision is needed, not after.
Transaction Advisory
Scoped support for one-off transactions and events
Alongside the retainer, we advise on discrete transactions and corporate events as they arise, scoped and priced separately for each mandate. This covers mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, capital raising, restructuring, and governance or succession events.
Our role is advisory and coordination throughout: structuring the approach, preparing analysis, and coordinating licensed banks, brokers and legal counsel who execute. We do not execute transactions, hold funds, or act as a signatory.
M&A and Private Equity
Deal evaluation, due diligence coordination and negotiation support, from first look to close.
Capital Raising
Preparing the story, identifying counterparties and coordinating process through to funding.
Restructuring
Reorganizing entities, debt or ownership structures to fit a changed strategy or circumstance.
Governance & Succession
Structuring decisions and transitions around ownership, control and succession events.
Trust is built with delivery
We do not ask a client to appoint us on the strength of a conversation. The first engagement is a proposal, and you keep the output whatever you decide.
Introduction
A conversation about how you are organized today and what is causing concern. We ask questions, and we listen.
Proposal
We submit our proposal, then meet again to explain our understanding of your situation and its basis.
Your decision
You decide the way forward, and keep everything we have presented, whatever you choose.
Progress & adjust
We present our road map, seek your approval, then proceed, adjusting as the work teaches us.
Independence
Our only revenue is the fee you pay us.
This is the reason our advice is worth taking. Every line below is a contractual undertaking, not a statement of intent.
We do not sell products
No funds, no structures, no insurance, no property. Nothing we say to you is shaped by something we need to place.
We do not accept commission
No fee sharing, rebates or introducer fees, from any bank, manager, insurer, developer or counterparty.
We do not charge on assets
A defined fixed retainer fee. If your wealth doubles, our fee does not. We are paid for work performed.
We do not hold your money
Everything stays with your own banks and custodians. We are never a signatory on your accounts.
The team behind every mandate
Three principals, each accountable for named functions and a single point of contact, backed by a team organized around the same six functions.

FAQ
Questions clients ask us first
A bank or wealth manager sells products and is paid to transact. We hold no product, take no commission, and are paid a fixed retainer fee regardless of what we recommend. Our only job is to coordinate across your investment strategy, legal, treasury, risk, tax and reporting relationships.
HNW and UHNW individuals and business owners whose asset base does not justify a full in-house team, but who are too complex to run without one, and whose wealth currently sits across fragmented, uncoordinated providers.
A fixed retainer fee, agreed in writing before the mandate begins and priced on complexity, not a percentage of assets and never a commission. Capacity beyond the agreed mandate is only used with your prior approval.
No. Everything stays with your own banks and custodians. We are never a signatory on your accounts and never take possession of client assets.
No. Strategic Advisors is not licensed or regulated as a financial services provider, investment adviser, broker-dealer or asset manager. Where a mandate requires regulated services, these are performed by licensed third parties engaged directly by the client, which we coordinate and oversee. See our full disclaimer.
We start with a conversation, then a bounded proposal you keep whether or not you proceed. Nothing moves without your approval. If you do not see the value once engaged, you may terminate on 30 days' notice, with no lock-in and no exit fee.
